Definitions
20/20:
20 minutes of floor aerobics and 20 minutes of step. Great mix of moves for an intense cardio
workout!
Ab Lab:
This class is a 15 minute abdominal workout session designed to work
the entire core! The class will
utilize medicine balls, exercise balls and weights to add resistance.
Cardio
Muscle Mix:
A little floor aerobic work, a few simple steps on the bench, and
add a bit ‘o muscle work, like lunges, squats, etc., and your workout is
complete!
Circuit
Express:
Get in, Get out and Get on with Your Life in Just 30 minutes! Includes both strength and cardio
training on traditional weight training/cardio equipment. Led by a YMCA Personal Trainer.
Fitness
101:
New to
fitness? Looking for a class that will teach you all of the basics in step,
floor aerobics, x-biking, pilates & strength training at a low
intensity? Then this is the class for you! Learn how to perform various
exercises correctly while burning fat and having fun! Pre-requisite to all
other group fitness classes.
Group
Ex:
Extreme, high functioning cardio & strength workout utilizing
your own body weight and a few simple devices. Sport-like, high-intensity training. Held in the gymnasium. Led by a YMCA Personal Trainer.
Intense
Training:
This class is a 30 minute cardio class that also involves use of the
exercise ball, weights, fitness bars, medicine balls and resistance
bands. It’s a class designed to
sculpt and tone the body.
Interval-X (X-Biking):
A combination of interval and hill training suitable for the beginner
to the advanced cycling enthusiast.
Intro to
Mat Pilates:
The perfect class for the beginner!
Learn proper technique of basic Pilates exercises to improve overall
strength & flexibility.
Pump It
Up:
An entire class devoted to muscle work utilizing the body bar, free
weights, rubber tubing, and exer-ball, in rhythmic style. Beginners, as well as the advanced
participant will enjoy adding this class to their workout routine to
strengthen and tone the entire body.
Power
Pilates & Strength:
Advanced Pilates class incorporating traditional Pilates exercises
along with the implementation of various exercises that will strengthen and
lengthen your physique!
Ready-Step-Go:
40 minutes of step fun! Get
in a great fat-burning workout while learning simple to advanced step choreography.
Sassy
Seniors:
Hit every muscle while working your heart. A slow, controlled movement class
emphasizing muscular & cardiovascular strength, flexibility and fun
geared for the seniors who want to be fit!
Super
Sassies:
For seniors who want to take it up a notch! Get more intensity with the same
exercises used in Sassy Seniors.
Total
Body Cardio:
An aerobic class that burns calories, tones, defines, strengthens
every muscle and relieves stress with an awesome cool down focusing on
stretch and relaxation.

Body Strength:
Strength training at its finest!
Get those muscles in shape through various exercises emphasizing all
major muscle groups of the upper and lower body as well as your abs and
lower back!
X-Core Fusion (X-Biking):
A 30 minute cycling class that includes
all of the great moves of Interval-X followed by a 15 minute core
strengthening section.
X-Express (X-Biking):
A 30 minute high intensity cycling
class that gives you the ultimate cardio burn!
